We have recently performed streaking experiments on disordered solid state samples. This is a first step to verify that attosecond streaking can be used to characterise nanoplasmonic near fields. We found a temporal broadening of the attosecond photoelectron wavepacket that gets photoionised by the attosecond XUV pulse.
